Our straightforward returns policy ensures that, if for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your purchase we are here to help
Items, in their original condition, can be returned within 14 days of receipt - returns received after this time will not be accepted.
Return postage is covered by customer - we strongly recommend that you use a traceable form of postage and obtain a tracking receipt.
We are only responsible for your parcel once it has been received by us - returns lost in transit will not be treated as returned and cannot be refunded.

Pack your item carefully, in the original packaging and enclose form.
On receipt of your return, if we find that you have handled an item beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and function of it, you will be liable for the value.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Excludes late returns, sale items, gift cards and samples.
Original condition is defined as unopened, unused, unsoiled and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, swing tags and packaging intact.
Due to hygiene reasons underwear cannot be returned.
Returned goods must come back to us in the condition they were received in.
Original delivery charge is non-refundable.
REFUNDS
We will refund eligible payments as soon as possible, within 7 days, by the original payment method.
FAULTY | INCORRECT ITEMS
We take great care when selecting and packing your order - however mistakes can happen, but we promise to put-it-right as soon as possible.
If you are in receipt of faulty goods, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and send images of the faulty item.
Do not wear the garment as it will then no longer be eligible for refund.
We cannot accept returns of items as faulty if they have not been treated as instructed on the garment care label or sized appropriately to the wearer.
We reserve the right deny a refund if you return any item to us outside of the terms of our returns policy.
